Exclusive Follow-ups — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:Palestinian researcher Saleh Abu Azza said that the Aramco company constitutes approximately 65 to 75% of the total Saudi general budget, according to oil prices, considering that more than two-thirds of the Kingdom’s financial budget comes from the company and depends on it.Abu Azza explained, in posts of his on the X platform, that the current war is witnessing almost daily Yemeni targeting of Aramco in the majority of Saudi governorates, noting that the documented photos and satellite images show the precision of these targetings and the magnitude of the damages they leave behind.He believed that the continuation of these targetings and their development during the coming phase will leave an impact on the Saudi oil industry, considering that Riyadh is not waging an absurd war in Yemen, but is waging, as he described it, “the stupidest war with difficult results for its most important and most prominent economic revenue.”The Palestinian researcher noted that Saudi Arabia began its war on Yemen in 2015 under the title of returning the Yemeni government loyal to it to power in Sana’a, but it is waging the same war in 2026 under a different title represented in guaranteeing the freedom of navigation of its ships in the Red Sea and the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait.He added that the development of Sana’a’s capabilities and the Yemeni Armed Forces led to a change in the Saudi war strategy, considering that the equation has shifted from a war through which Riyadh was seeking to impose its guardianship over Sana’a, to a war in which it is seeking, as he put it, to break the siege on its ships.Abu Azza concluded that this war will be, according to his assessment, “the most catastrophic for Saudi Arabia” among all the wars in which the Kingdom has participated directly or through proxies.
