Iranian television also announced that shrapnel from American projectiles targeted Chabahar port and hit the Imam Ali Hospital in the city.In the context, Iranian television reported hearing 3 explosions in the vicinity of Taheruyi village in Sirik city, and 2 explosions on Abu Musa island, in addition to explosions in Jask city in Hormozgan province, before Iranian media later confirmed hearing 3 explosions on Abu Musa island.
