Gaza City on Tuesday held an unprecedented mass funeral for 112 martyrs from two families, after their remains were recovered from under the rubble of their homes, destroyed by Israeli bombing during the genocidal war in the Sabra neighborhood, south of the city.

The funeral procession followed the recovery of the bodies by civil defense and rescue teams after days of searching under challenging field conditions and with a severe shortage of equipment.
